WHO CAN OSTEOPATHS TREAT?

Osteopathy is for everyone. Osteopaths treat any complaint associated with the musculoskeletal system (please see our section on Conditions we treat), which means that whether you are a baby, a toddler, a child or an adult of any age, an osteopath can treat you. 

Saying that, some osteopaths do not treat certain age groups due to the more specialized types of techniques used with these groups, usually babies and young children. With this in mind, it is always worth calling to check if your chosen osteopath is able to treat you or your baby. Fortunately, here at Essence Osteopathy we are able to treat all ages including babies and children, so no need for a phone call if you want to book an appointment online, just go ahead.
